 EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT EXPANSION

Hurley Medical Center in Flint, MI

Granger Construction serves as Construction Manager for the Hurley Medical Center Emergency Department Expansion Project. With design well underway, we would like to ensure that we have an opportunity to interact with all qualified contractors, vendors, or special service providers interested in this project.

We hosted a vendor fair meeting at the Sarvis Center on March 22nd.  In addition to answering many questions, we used this meeting to discuss the pre-qualification process, anticipated bid package issuance schedule, and general project information. UPDATE!!  A project labor agreement has been signed for this project with the local union trade organizations.  For a copy of this agreement, please click here.

Bid Process Overview

The bid dates have been established for the Site Development packages.

• Site Excavation and Road Work Issued to bidders via FTP site access May 11th.  Includes package for Asphalt Paving.  
• Pre-Bid Meeting on July 8th at 10:00am. 
• Bids due on July 14th @ 2:00pm
